A breakfast burrito is enough for 2 people! Food was made fresh and burned my mouth because it was so hot, but so delicious! Staff was okay. Building is a little run down looking but they are trying and decorated cute ish. Would recommend.

First time here and it made a huge impression. Their machacha breakfast burrito was not only enormous but very good. Reasonable prices and great service as well.

Not very many places in Junction City/Fort Riley area that are open 24/7 and where you can get a cooked meal at 2am. It used to be called Panchos when I first went there. The food was always pretty good. I prefer the drive thru if late night. But they have dine in options as well. If up late and hungry then it is one of the few options. But do expect the JC Police to target you at that sort of hour around there as they are hunting for narcotics and DUIs, so if you are actually partying, then please be safe and get an uber and do not make yourself a target. If you do not do any of that foolishness, then still expect the local police or sheriff office to make up a reason to pull you and have your paperwork and license ready to roll so you can get moving again once they determine you are not their target. I have been pulled over almost every time I went there late at night as they assumed I was up to no good and just do not have much to patrol and bored I guess. Never had any actual convictions, but I say this because the atmosphere must attract that sort of stuff I assume and so it is worth noting to be watchful for. So be careful and have all your paperwork and vehicle in proper working order and be ready for dealing with local law enforcement that are scoping the business and surrounding area should you choose to take advantage of one of the only late night food options! Good food, and the horchata was real good too!

I had a great time at Pancho's. The food was very good and I think everything was made in house. The prices are very good and you get lots of food with your order. We got so much food, I had to take half of it home with me. The horchata is delicious as well. The salsa bar is lots of fun because you get the option to pick many different kinds. I got the carne asada tacos and really enjoyed them. Very happy overall

You know the food is going to hit when the pictures hanging around were taken from the kitchen. Taco Tuesday’s are what I look forward to every week. I don’t think I’d eat here normally any other day, as the prices are a little on the steep side to me.
